Why Stage?

The start of the staging process begins with simplifying the space by decluttering. The objective of staging is to make the space feel bigger, brighter and appeal to the mass buyer populations.

Sometimes changing paint colors to light neutral colors and swapping out light fixtures to brighten a room is all a home needs.

Other times we will enhance an already great space with furniture pieces and accessories to create a vibe. Ultimately, buyers are not only shopping for a home but a lifestyle and the goal is for them to envision themselves living in a space and falling in love.e
